How much does air charter cost?
We quote all trips based on mileage from the pickup location to your drop off location. We include all landing and related fees in proposed quotes so there are no surprises upon billing. Late arrivals or wait time, beyond a reasonable window of time, may result in additional charges. Click here to request a quote from our office.
How does the process work?
We aim to make your travel experience as easy as possible, from the moment you request a quote to the moment we drop you off at your destination. If you are interested in chartering a plane, we need the pickup and drop-off location/town, as well as the date and time you wish to travel. We will then send you an all-inclusive quote via email, which outlines the travel airports, approximate travel time, price, our terms and conditions, and a booking form. The booking form is necessary to secure travel. Once you complete and return it to our office, we will confirm your trip with a travel itinerary to help your planning. Finally, we provide a final confirmation the day before your trip to include an aircraft tail number and pilot information.
Is it the same price if it’s just me?
All air charter quotes provided from Action Airlines are quoted to secure the entire plane. Therefore, whether you are travelling alone or with companions, the price remains the same. You are, however, welcome to split the fare among several guests in your party. Just let our office know when booking your travel.
Can I bring my pets?
Pets are welcomed on a case-by-case basis. Upon scheduling, please provide our office with your pets size/weight. They must be contained for the duration of the flight unless the Captain approves otherwise. This is done with your and the Captain’s safety in mind.
Are there any luggage restrictions?
The weight limits for each aircraft include weights of passengers and all bags/luggage. Beyond the set pound limit, bags larger than those that can fit in an overhead storage bin must be approved by the flight coordinator in our office. We often just need the dimensions to ensure it can fit in the cabin safely. Golf clubs must be approved prior to flying, however, for your reference, the Seneca can hold up to two sets and the Piper Navajo Chieftain can hold up to five sets.
Can we still fly if the weather is bad?
Action Airlines aircraft are certified and able to fly in similar conditions as commercial flights. In certain situations, our aircraft may not be able to depart as scheduled. Our office continuously monitors weather scenarios and will contact you as soon as possible should weather look to affect scheduled travel.
